I Run With The River

i run with the river
and the river through me
my heart breathes again
in its transparency
white rapids envelop
with lover's touch, soothingly
crystal waters invade
purge my insanity
my illusions dissolve
and can no more decree
here now; tomorrow
elsewhere shall i be
impatient, but flowing
to my endless open sea
i run with the river
and the river through me
