Eyes

When your eyes are shut,
all the worries disappear
and everything seems clear,
except for your deepest fear.

It's your suffering cut
that haunts you every single day,
no matter how much you slay,
the would will always betray.

You mind is not alert,
for it contains all kinds of lies,
but it does not hurt
to open your eyes.
